We pre-ordered Brother's Bond Bourbon on 11/19/2020, and instead of getting it on time, or anywhere near it, we didn't receive it until after their 2nd January 2021 Pre-Orders were being filled. We didn't receive our PAID pre-order from Nov 2020 until May 13th, 2021. Today, May 15th, 2021, ANYONE can purchase it without waiting SIX MONTHS to receive it. This may be one of the worst online purchases I've experienced. Emailed them MANY times and refused to give ETA.
During this time of COVID, I've been keeping safe and using services like UberEats, GrubHub, Instacart, and others. I thought I would give ReserveBar a try. I couldn't have had a worse experience! When I ordered on December 4th, Reservebar quoted 3-6 days for delivery. This was perfect! I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, I tried to reach out to Reservebar online(which they do not make it easy to find). I tried to cancel my order on two separate occasions because at this point it has been three weeks. Not only did I not hear back from customer service, but they finally delivered a partial order. I can only assume they tried to rush out my delivery because I was canceling. Now I have to deal with trying to get a partial refund on my original order.
I wouldn't recommend this company!!

I found out I had to sign for delivery
FedEx would not give me a time
I stayed home two days. First day they never came. Second day I was in the backyard and they left. Then they called and said shipping liquor was illegal in NY so they shipped it back. Now evidently you are shipping it back to me. You should not ship alcohol illegally. You should alert your customers they need to sign for it. You should ship with someone who can provide a two hour window for delivery

Shipping is a bit high, considering that it doesn't cost much to drive to my local liqueur store.
Very easy to shop. Plus, everything was sent quickly and packed beautifully! No risk of breakage at all!
My login credentials were not recognized, yet I continue to get notifications and marketing material from ReserveBar. The product listing and checkout was smooth, this review is about the account management.

Delivery was slow and longer than promised. The delay was not due to Covid19. I found out that the package was damaged during shipping and returned to the delivery service warehouse and repackaged with whatever item left unbroken. The unbroken bottle had label damage from the liquid spill of the broken bottle. I submitted pictures as requested by customer service and was only sent a replacement of the broken bottle not the 2nd bottle with damaged and defaced label. This disappointed me greatly. Additionally, I was told that I would be notified of the resolution within a 24 hour turn-around once I submitted documentation. I submitted the requested info on Monday and had not heard back regarding how the situation was being resolved. I sent a 2nd email on Thursday and made another call on Friday. During the call I was told that a replacement had been shipped and would arrive in a few days. I reiterated that both bottles were damaged one broken and the other defaced and was not something I would be proud to display or serve my guests. The Customer service rep stated that only the broken bottle was replaced and that the defaced botte was not replaceable. I could not enjoy the content because my experience regarding the non replacement of the defaced bottle and delivery was poor. This was my first and possibly my last order from Reserve Bar. Even if the defaced bottle was not replaced a compensatory gift item or something other than the words "I am sorry for your experience." would have been a show of sincerity.
I had a great deal of difficulty reaching customer care, otherwise the availability of stock and delivery were great.

Did you ever get any sort of reply to this? I've been trying for months to get Sassenach Whisky & it's always sold out.
